You can add this to your site’s Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS area:

.main-navigation ul ul li a,
.main-navigation ul ul ul li a,
.main-navigation ul ul ul ul li a {
    font-size: 16px;
}

Adjust the 16px down to the size you like.
