  • Add me to the list of people who do not see their sub folders.

    Any solution?

    SOLVED:
Ok – now I feel dumb. Hide Subfolders was checked in settings. Unchecked and it is working. YEAH!

Thats one less problem for me to fix 😉

    Thanks for reporting your issue.

Samclark01 looking at your issue, your WordPress site URIs are different.

    One uri is: /home/zones/parent/
The other that is found using get_permalink($post->ID); function which is: /services/worldpay/

did you migrate this site from one site to another?

Fix this issue and the problem will go away. But looking at it, it is not an mDocs issue is a permalink issue with your site or sites.

The permalinks problem was caused following the wordpress update! arghhhhhhh!

I have changed it back to the %post%name which means the whole site should be back to using /home/zones/parent.

    I haven’t migrated the site.

I’m still getting the issue. Any suggestions? I love the plugin, would hate to have to move 🙁

I just took a look again, the get_permalink($post->ID) function is still return the /services/worldpay/ you still need to change your site url somewhere.

Without being able to look at your site data I not sure where.

I can’t get the Folders menu on the page to view correctly. There is a small button which I have to click in order for the folders to become visible and I’d like to have the folders menu on show full time. Can you advise if that’s possible?

Yet when I upload the library plug in on an alternative site subdirectory the folders are all visible in a header.

I’m on Theme Pinnacle Premium and my site library front page is here: http://site2.ssiwatersheds.ca/library/

Do I have to change themes to view the folders on the main page?
