Sub-Domains and Regular Domains Possible?

    Question… I’ve installed WordPress 3.4 in my main site. I also have several other domain names I own and host. I am wondering something…

    Right now I can create a new site and it generates the subdomain and runs it just fine. Is there any way that I could ‘add’ functionality to ‘Create a new site’ and have it be one of the sites I am also hosting? So that I would have multiple domains AND subdomains?

    Anyone?
