Have to try to disable this plugin and see if it works?

If after disabling the plugin the problem still happens, it means the culprit is not this plugin.

Many features of the plugin especially under the System Tweaks may cause the problem, try to disable all these below to see if it works:
    – Filter Request Methods
    – Filter Suspicious Query Strings
    – Prevent long URL strings

If yes it works, then you may try to enable one-by-one to test which one is causing the problem.

    Thanks alot its now working.
    i uncheck these 2.
    – Filter Request Methods
    – Filter Suspicious Query Strings

I just ran into this problem today.

Here is another method – Create a blank .htaccess file on the root of the subdomain, then the subdomain will use its own .htaccess file, instead of the one for the main domain name.
