   2— Topic 2 sub 3-Topic 3— Topic 3 sub 1and i want topic 1, topic 2 and topic
   3 to be dropdowns with there subtopics as values.is that possible?

 * Hi [@mircissa](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mircissa/),
 * Absolutely, you can set up the filter the way you described. To do this:
    1. Choose **Data Source** > **Taxonomy**.
    2. Under **Field Type**, select **Dropdown** or **Select2**.
    3. In the Advanced tab for that field, toggle Show Hierarchy.
 * This will produce a dropdown showing your parent topics with their child nested
   underneath.
 * Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
 * Regards,
    Dara

 * Hi [@mircissa](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mircissa/),
 * Thanks for the clarifications. At the moment, the filter only supports a single
   dropdown per nested option, so it isn’t possible to have a separate dropdown
   for each child group. The only way to achieve this would be to use JavaScript
   to dynamically generate multiple dropdowns based on the first-level categories
   and populate each with its respective children.
 * I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
