Hi there, hope you are doing well.
Firstly, I would like to say thank you for such an amazing plugin. I plan on purchasing the premium version, but wanted to test it out first 🙂

Had one question. I just did the import from Joomla (painlessly) but did notice that the categories did not keep their structure.
When the import was completed, the sub categories that were in Joomla! did not stay as subcategories, they all came in as parent categories.

Wondering if i did something wrong along the way
thanks in advance for your time

It should work. Even with the standard version.
Did you import as posts or as pages ?

Hi there, sorry for the delay in reply, i wasnt getting the notifications.

I had imported them as posts in order to have them in categories, from my understanding, pages cannot be put into categories

I tried another import after dumping all the categories and posts but the category structure still was not kept when everything imported.

Can you send me a copy of your database to kerfred@gmail.com ?
So I’ll try to reproduce your problem.

There was a bug when the ID of a parent category was greater than the ID of its children.
It has been fixed in release 1.10.3.
