Default Categories widget doesn’t allow you to display subcategories in the sidebar. However you can try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/sub-categories-widget/ I’ve never used it before but it’s worth to try.

Also wanted to know my blog target country is india wanted to make it global in google search engine and pointers. Have tried google webmaster tool, theirs no option.

I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to when you say “there’s no option” but there’s certainly “International Targeting” option located under “Search Traffic” in Google Search Console (former Webmaster Tools) and I hope you’ll find this link useful as well – https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6059209?authuser=0
