# su_posts Shortcode Author Display

 * Hello,
 * I hope I am posting this question in the correct place. I have searched for a
   solution and have not been able to find one yet so I am hoping someone can help
   point me in the right direction.
 * I am using [su_posts] shortcode on our static home page. There are several guest
   bloggers writing. Right now, it displays an excerpt of the post and the date.
   If you click on the post title it will take you to the whole post.
 * In the “excerpt display” on the home page, is it possible to display the author’s
   name next to the date? Also, is it possible to display the time that it was posted?
 * The site is: [http://meetings2.informs.org/wordpress/philadelphia/](http://meetings2.informs.org/wordpress/philadelphia/)
 * And it is using the **Pinboard theme**.
 * Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

 * That’s not a standard WordPress shortcode.
 * What plugin is providing that shortcode for you, or is it a feature of your theme?

 * This site was built by someone else but I looked and it seems as though it is
   part of Shortcodes Ultimate so I guess I should look on their site for help then.
 * Unless there is something else that I should be using?
