SU crashed whole website – urgt

Launched the plugin update on my site – shortcodes ultimate was amongst them.
Site completely crashed and we’re ridirected to a “install Shortcodes Ultimate first” page within our site.
Admin backend can’t be reached anymore.
I FTP’d and renamed the plugin folder but the problm still persists.
Is there a way to kick out the plugin through the MySQL interface?
