SU conflicting with other plugins & breaking my site

Dear SU Support,
I have had SU installed in my site for a while and it worked fine until the other day. We upgraded our server from php v5.6 to 7.2 and when we did it, the site had a lot of issues, so we moved it back down to 5.6 where it is again now. But after my dev, our site host (liquidweb) and our site membership plugin provider Digital Access Pass did a lot of research, all 3 found that the issue was with Shortcodes Ultimate. Here’s feedback from one of them:

We looked into this issue.
It’s being caused by a plugin called “Shortcodes Ultimate”.
It’s conflicting with the DAP livelinks plugin.
It uses some of the same WP hooks that DAP requires for content protection and it’s causing this issue.
We’re not sure how you’re using the Shortcodes Ultimate plugin and how it works, but we won’t be able to resolve this conflict as we can’t change the way DAP content protection works.
Unfortunately you’ll have to deactivate this plugin to use DAP livelinks.

Disabling DAP LiveLinks is not an option as it is the plugin that run the entire membership functionality of our site. SU is important as it allows us to pull in content into areas of the site using shortcodes. So please let us know what we need to do to rectify this asap as right now our site is broken.

If you can provide a secure way, I will be happy to provide login to the wp-admin or cpanel if necessary.
