Styling wordpress post on website

Hi
This is properly a stupid question but I have seemed to go blank this morning. I have pulled recent post from my blog into my website but I want to style it. As the title is smaller than the excerpt. What would be the best way around this. Also I would like to order it from the newest post to the oldest.
