I see the “heading” is being styled with an h3 tag – where is that located so I can change from h3 to something else? Also, is that h3 tag specified in CSS from the plugin, or inheriting in from the main styles.css?

There are various options for how YARPP is displayed in the YARPP settings page.

The styles in your theme’s styles.css would affect it, so if you want to change the styling you can do that in your theme.
