    hi there

    firstly, great theme - it really was what i was looking for in terms of layout.. but unfortunately my css skills are very limited, so I have some questions:

    1. how do I make the social media icons open in a new window instead of in the current window

    2. how can I make the social media icons use the 2x size

    3. How can change the colour of the hover over on the menu bar and social media icons?

    I know the author states on his website he kept the backend with very few options on purpose, but to the non css savy like myself it means bugging the author :(

    For your first 2 questions, you'll need to change the link in the function that generates the list of icons. You can find this in functions.php. And the function in question is quark_get_social_media().

    For your third question, you'll need to update the styles in style.css. Do a search for Social Media icons and Main Navigation to find the section that contains the styles that you'll need to update.

    To increase the size of the social icons, you'll need to change the html that function outputs. You can change it to this.

    <li><a href="%1$s" title="%2$s"><i class="%3$s icon-2x"></i></a></li>

    If you want to remove the title altogether from the template, simply remove the following line from the content-page.php template

    <h1 class="entry-title"><?php the_title(); ?></h1>

    You might want to remove it from the other templates as well.
