Styling of "next" & "previous" links on shop pages & how to add noindex

hi, right now there is an odd list amt for the produts on the shop/category pages. I have 2 rows of 4 and then a 3 row of only 2..then below that there is a “Next -> ” at the bottom left and if you click through to the next page there is then a “Previous -> ” link just under it like this..

Next –>
<– Previous

I would like to do the following.

1. Change the links to buttons so they are more visible
2. On one line, I would like to put the “next” and “previous” buttons down at the bottom right of the page so the buttons appear like [ <- Previous ] [ Next -> ]
3. Where for the “next” and “previous” links do I add the noindex snippet so I don’t have pages like this indexed “domain.com/shop/page/2/”
