 * Is there a way to change the put of various aspects of Menu Visibilty Control?
   There are three basic output types that are awesome, but take up a lot of real
   estate. I’d like to shrink down the images a bit, maybe have four columns of 
   featured posts instead of three. Any way to do that?

 * I believe there may be some confusion regarding the functionality of Menu Visibility
   Control.
 * This plugin only controls the visibility of WordPress menu items based on conditions
   such as:
    - logged in / logged out users,
    - user roles,
    - device type,
    - and selected pages.
 * It does not generate frontend layouts, featured posts, image displays, or column
   grids.
 * The images and layout you mentioned are most likely being generated by your theme
   or another plugin.
 * Could you kindly share:
    - the name of the theme you are using,
    - or the plugin responsible for the featured content/layout?
 * That will help identify where those display settings are actually coming from.
