 * Hey, I created form and I want to make few changes, I’ve downloaded styling plugin
   and I cant find a way to do more then that.

   You can see the checkbox and the last field not inline and the text on the button
   is not spiltable, the field area is not long as I want him to be

 * I want to make is seems like the previous version
