Styling a list of posts.

I am thinking about the styling of a category page.

Here is a standard look. Contains a thumbnail image (featured image), meta tags and some text.

Standard list without images.

Styling:
Placement of images in relation to title and text of post. Image left, right, above, below. Image and text grid. Image size. Image effects, border around thumbnail, shadow.
Content, excerpt of text. Font.
Various other effects in each post (preview).

Yes that is one part of styling a category page.
I am looking into the easiest and best way of styling the page.

Of course I should have checked inspect element in Chrome and there I would notice the post image class. And can probably also float left or right the image in relation to the location of the text.

Then add a divider at the end of post-content or something like that. I will need to experiment.
