Yes, you can style the form template or even replace it completely, see ‘Modifying the default form template’ in:

The form itself can be displayed in the Members directory, in a widget, in a page or anywhere in your theme, see:

Thanks for your reply. But the problem is, the information on the site is not very simple to understand. I may follow the simple instructions, yet the complex PHP coding is beyond my basic knowledge. I assume there is no such a source?

I agree with you that modifying a template is not a simple task, and it requires a good developer. Unfortunately I don’t see any easier path.
