 * Basically just add some HTML to the email template – but bear in mind this will
   only affect HTML emails; not the plain text ones. As such the changes you make
   in the free version of Subscribe2 will only be seen by any Registered Subscribers.
 * You can also consider using the styling from your theme or creating a stylesheet
   specifically for the emails and linking it via the plugins API.
