Styling

Hi,

Love the plug in! There are two things I can’t seem to edit however:
1) – I’d like to remove the small arrow in front of each letter and entry in the AtoZ presentation (so it looks as you have it on your site), and
2) – I can’t get the title tags to not show on hover, they keep displaying “term 1” etc and I cant seem to disable this.
