stylesheet question – overwrite body tag

  • dear all,

    i have a question about the stylesheet.css.

in the body tag, the “a” is coded as #ffffff.

but on some of the pages, i would like to set it to another color or something manually although it’s a link. how can i do that?

i did put <font color=#ff0000>hyperlink</font> but it is still displaying white color.

i would appreciate if someone could help, thanks.

  • Are you using the html edit box? It should work in there. the easiest way then would be within the a tag:
    <a href="whateverlink" style="color:#ff0000;">link text</a>

these are inline css style tags

yes, it works if i put it within then tag, thanks 🙂
