# stylesheet is missing

 * When downloading file for network themes appearance. State stylesheet is missing.
   How do I fix. I have deleted and re downloaded three times and still no joy. 
   Downloading folder and not zip folder as requested into Smart FTP

   zipfile – in Webfiles folder- CSS folder- Sales & Style

 * Are you sure you’ve extracted the zip-file and
    -  then
 *  uploaded to ftp or directly uploaded the zip-file to ftp folder?

 * I extracted and placed in SmartFTP- Opened up and it shows a CSS file opended
   that up and it shows Sales.CSS 2KB Cascading Style Sheet Document and Style.CSS
   4KB Cascading Style Sheet Document.
