 * I have my WordPress page under some company that has domain and evertyhing settled
   for me. I am only the admin of the page that is making desing and content changes.
 * How can I access style.css and other HTML codes (for example code for header 
   changing) to make some repairs nad to make page look like I imagined.

 * Generally, you can access files via Appearance >> Editor but be aware that any
   changes you make to theme files will be overwritten and lost when the theme is
   updated. Rather, consider using a Child Theme for those kinds of changes.
