Style Sheet is Missing

    HI,
    I’ve had this problem before.
    This is a fresh install of Wp (from the ground up, I even switched domains, created a from-scratch install of WP and database, then installed CRIO on top of it… total upkeep.. etc.)

    Tried to update the theme through the plugins page – won’t work.
    Went to Themes page and it lists CRIO as broken, missing style sheet.

    I’ve deleted the plugin, DL’d it from Boldgrid.. reinstalled from ZIP file, still broken.

    The THEMES page also shows two error messages – it says to install and activate now – but when clicked, it does nothing.

    Below that error there is another error: “Crio needs to be version 2.7.0-r4 or newer to use this version of Crio Premium!” … like I said above, tried grabbing the theme directly from boldgrid and installing it (after deleting existing install). Does not work.

    The only other theme I have loaded in WP is 2021. That’s it. Nothing else.

    Any ideas how to get around this issue?

    OK… fixed.
    After multiple attempts at uploading the zip file (including installing it directly unzipped at the host) it finally worked.

    I’m glad to hear you did get it working eventually! In case anyone else is having the same issue, I’ll try to explain what I think might have happened.

    It sounds like the issue might be related to using the Crio Premium add-on, which is a plugin, alongside the Crio Theme. You need both for the premium features to work. If you had tried to install the premium add-on plugin as a theme, from the Appearance > Themes > Add New section, you would see the same error about a missing stylesheet.

    You can download the Theme here on the WordPress Repository and download the premium extension from your BoldGrid Central account.
