Style Sheet is Missing

    Hi
    I was prompted to update my theme and when I did it ‘disappeared’. I now have the following messages:
    ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation.
    and
    Stylesheet is missing

    Have you access to the files and folders which are your WordPress website?

    As a non-technical person I don’t really know about the files and folders. I did a one click install from names.co.uk when I purchased the domain

    When you are in your names.co.uk account, do you have a “Flie Manager”?

    Hi Dave
    I have been through the Control Panel at names and there is no File Manager
