 * Hi,
    I’am trying to make personal blog for me to connect with the world so that
   i install a theme prolog as the demo there shows the gear(the icon for custom
   settings to use to change the background color and etc) so im impressed on that
   theme and download but unfortunately i cant active the service to my blog the

   any one can help me to fix the problem ??

 * I think that I understand that you want to implement a style selector (where 
   front-end visitors can choose colors, styles, etc.) Is that correct?
 * In looking at the code on the site that you shared, I saw that that functionality
   is delivered via a plugin called **Themeum Presets**. That plugin is not available
   on the WordPress plugin repository. It may be worth connecting directly with 
   the people at Themeum to ask if it is available for download anywhere.
