Should be pretty easy depending on a few factors.

Can you post a link to your site.

    How is your menu built?

are you using a custom menu?

If you are using a custom menu, create a new menu item in the centre of the menu with a link to the homepage (the convention for a masthead logo). Target that menu item in the CSS & apply your image as the background & hide the menu text

Looks like what you want to do might be in the Codex Menu section.

But be very sure to create a child theme before you start messing with function or other php files.

Cubecolour: I do not have our theme or custom menus setup yet, or I would post a link. Your idea seems perfect, I will give it a try to see if I can figure it out. Or, will post back if I can’t. Thank you!

Thank you, WPyogi, will read through that info as well!!

Another way of doing it using custom menus would be to divide the header area into three divs and display your logo in the centre section with two custom menus one on on the left ( floated right) & one right (floated left), but styled to look continuous with the logo overlaid- you would need to be comfortable with customising your theme, but this will enable you to get the design pixel perfect with the logo perfectly in the centre.
