 * Last week I had a “student” sign in as another student who happend to be with
   me at the time and write a very volger message. How can I block someone from 
   leaving a comment without having to create passwords.

 * Click the checkbox that says “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”
   Its under the Options tab in the admin area.
