Student Registration doesnt work

Hi everyone,

I have recently been using Tutor LMS, I was doing very well with the plugin but for a few days I had the problem that students could not be registered, I really did not make any changes, just update the wordpress.

When a student tries to register, the web reloads on the same registration page, also it is not added in the TutorLMS student list, it is very strange, since it was working very well before.

I would appreciate if you can help me with this problem, since I cannot start with my institute because of this simple error, thanks in advance.
