# Student access

 * Students are not able to begin course after they pay; it keeps asking them to
   add to cart. What needs to happen to fix this? This happens sometimes even when
   I manually enroll them.

 * Can you please check your woocommerce orders section? To see if the order status
   is pending or completed. This should not happen when an order status is completed.
   There might be some issues in this processing.
 * Can you please share the worpdress version and php version in your site? What
   version you are using currently? Manual enrollment should never have this issue.
