Stuck voting buttons ‘How has your experience been so far’

Amazon Link Engine prompted me (on my WP Dashboard) to ‘vote on my experience’ some time ago. When I vote, the buttons do not disappear. Hitting the Dismiss button does not work either. I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin. Nothing works. Any ideas? It’s starting to irritate me 🙂
