# stuck on Unloading Package!

 * When uploading a bought theme I upload the zip file and the page sticks on “Unloading
   Package”.
    I have uploaded it using dreamweaver and the zip file stays in uploads
   and still zipped and not in content/themes folder. Heeeelllllppppp!!!

 * DreamWeaver is not WordPress. If you are uploading a theme or plugin, try using
   WordPress’s built-in installer or, if you do use something else, like DreamWeaver,
   to upload it, make sure you upload it into the correct folder.
 * If the theme fails, then there may be a problem with the theme itself.

 * Thank you. I have tried using wordpress installer but the system just stops at“
   Unloading Package” and doesnt go anywhere else. So I thought about uploading 
   using dreamweaver as an FTP programme which was fine. But when changing the theme
   once back in wordpress all I kept getting on screen was a series of error messages.
   
   I have paid for the new theme via WPZoom.com but they still haven’t been in touch
   with me!

 * Do other themes work for you? Try using the built-in theme finder to install 
   a free theme and see if that works. That would just be another test to see if
   the problem was the theme or not. If it is a theme problem, you would need your
   theme company to reply to assist.
