Stuck on Restoring – 6%

    Hi,

    I’m trying to make my usual backup, from server to my local machine and the import’s been stuck at 6% for more than an hour now.

    I,ve cancelled the process after an hour (the backups usually takes a few minutes) and restart the process, with the same problem occurring.

    Origin and destiny servers have the same PHP 7.1 version.

    Please HELP!!!

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    While the plugin is hanging, can you try to open a new browser tab of your website and let us know what you find?

    Hi Pim,

    I checked the error message and found that the “Smart Slider 3” plugin could be the cause of the problem.
    So i deactivated that plugin and try again.
    Voila !! It worked!
