    Hi,

    I seem to be having an issue where after clicking on “pay now” it will show an animated loading icon, scroll up and display a message saying “Processing payment” but then it just keeps going without ever processing the payment. I have tried this is test data and live account/card details with the same thing happening.

    Is there something I’m missing?

    Issue might be resolved now, it was some configuration needed on the Trust Payments backend.

    I’m not getting a warm fuzzy feeling about the support on this plugin – 2 days, no reply from the developer. Did you have to contact them another way Kevin?

    Yeah it’s not looking great. I emailed the developers a few days ago now and haven’t heard anything back. Radio silence.

    @kevinwinnergy how did you get this resolved? I’ve not been able to use 3DS for any transactions with Trust Payments with both the original app and this new app.

    I have been reporting this to trust payments for 10 months with absolutely no resolution so I have just been happily processing payments without 3DS… but now they’re forcing 3DS, I simply cannot take payments.

    Feeling like my only option is to find a new payment processor ATM

    Any advice / steps you took is highly appreciated.
