# Stuck on Export – 20%

 * I have tried several times to export the site via the All-in-one migration plugin.
   I have purchased the All-in-One WP Migration Unlimited Extension. The export 
   goes quickly until it reaches 20% / “archiving 8616 files”, then it just sits
   there. I have left it for hours at a time and it does not move.

 * Check that your plugin and wordpress are up to date.
 * Can you check that you have enough space on your server and that you have permissions
   on your wp-content to 775 recursively
 * Try an export without plugins (using the advanced options) to identify if there
   is a plugin causing the issue.

 * Plugins are updated, I have tried the export without plugins, php 7, and I tried
   after recursively updating wp-content to to 775.
 * I will try over at servmask.com

 * Can’t get into servmask.com – after registration I never receive the email I 
   need to complete registration.
