# stuck on database restore.

 * I’ve been trying to restore my backup but it gets stuck on the part of restoring
   the database. It’s always stuck on 0%. I can’t do anything about it and I can’t
   figure out how to open to .press file myself. I know this problem has been mentioned
   before but I need some help or instructions to fix this.
