I’m trying to place an order via this link ‘https://staging-francegallery.kinsta.cloud/checkout/’, however, on the checkout page, it requires phone number verification. I have a Lebanese Number, is it possible to add Lebanon as country option to be able to check and test?

I did send an email to Ali Basheer last week. Can one of you please respond to them.
Please add the option as well under ‘Billing Mobile Number’ in the checkout page.
The gateway is able to authorize the card but unable to capture the payment.

As for the new issue, you must check with your bank. Like does the card contain the sufficient amount, is the card valid, does the bank supports this gateway in your country…
This issue is not related to the plugin configuration. The plugin functionality is to load the payment page with the order details, then the bank handle the process at this stage (checks the card..), and after successful processing, the plugin then redirects to the order details page confirming the placement of the order in the website and updates the order status to processing in the orders list.
In your case, the issue is at the level of the bank authentication, that’s why you must check with your bank.
Like does the card contain the sufficient amount, is the card valid, does the bank supports this gateway in your country…
I tried multiple cards and they all have balance and are valid. The bank supports the gateway.
I will contact the bank and see what they have to say.

I have informed the bank, and they said they will look into. They also said – “I am not a programmer but the following might be the reason as we saw similar cases with other clients:
I believe you are successful in getting the authentication on the EMV 3DS, you need to continue with the purchase transaction using the provided authentication response as per the integration manual. “
