Uh oh! Never seen the maintenance screen before.

I did something stupid. WordPress was updating 4 or 5 plugins and I thought I’d get started on another post in the meantime.

Clicked on the new post button and now I’m stuck in maintenance mode.

Somehow this interfered with the update process.

Anyone know how I can fix this??
    Thanks in anticipation
    Ian

Phew, talked too soon, the maintenance screen has cleared now. ( 5 mins or so)

I wonder if it was because one of the plugins was not active and yet I chose to update it (W3 Total cache).

Anyoo, all’s well that ends well.

    Thanks!
