# Stuck for hours

 * Dear friends at Lingotek,
 * I have been using Lingotek and Polylang for ages and have been really happy with
   the results, but sometimes I face problems with it. Sometimes my translated articles
   can get no tags at all. Sometimes, I get a no text and no title file that I have
   to erase and ask a new translation. But I have been living with all that with
   no major problems. What is really bothering me now started yesterday: I have 
   uploaded three posts and all of them are stuck. The little clock appears in “
   Importing Sources” and “In Progress” and it does not change. I have not installed
   new plugins, only updated Polylang and Lingotek recently. Any hints on what may
   be happening? Would it be just an instability of the system? Please let me know
   and congratulations on the great work.

   delayed response.
 * Occasionally, the Lingotek system experiences abnormally high data traffic which
   causes our background job queue to back up (this affects document imports and
   machine translation). Likely what you experienced is that there was a long line
   of jobs ahead of yours.
 * Our continued efforts to scale and optimize our system will reduce instances 
   like this in the future.

   since the plugin works so well.
