It seems to be some issue with the sync process. So, I would request you please share the error log with us, you’ll find it in the support tab of our plugin and also connect with our technical support team as well.

I don’t have any support tab on plugin page. I have made 2 screenshots. When I press sync, it shows 0%, then suddenly -338% (no movement on progress bar, I have just highlighted the figures)

Please try once by deactivating the plugin and then activating it. After this please connect your account again from the “connect” tab and proceed with the setup process.
If you still get stuck at the 4th step, then we need to skip this step from the code and sync your contacts manually. So, please contact our support at ticket@makewebbetter.com
