Stuck at “importing customizer” on single page templates

    Hi,

    Everytime I try to import a single page template it get stuck at “Importing Customizer Settings..”

    If I try to import the single page template, it works, but the site missis important design configuration.

    Can someone give me a hand?

    Hi @brunojlt,

    Would you please make sure your system meets the system requirements to run the Starter Template plugin as explained in this doc.
    
    I would also ask you to try deactivating all of the installed plugins, except the Starter Templates plugin before importing a Starter Template. Once you have done importing a Starter Templates, you can then reactivate all the plugins you have previously active.
