Stuck at Fixing Relative links

    Hi I have the exact same set up on two different servers as a test.

    I can import into 1 no problems but into the second server i get this error and nothing imports
    Fixing relative links…

    The importer is searching your imported posts for links. This might take a few minutes.

    No posts were found with the URL_before_HTML_Import custom field. Could not search for links.

    Any ideas on what it could be, or a work around?
    All of my setting are identical.
    Could it be a setting on the second server not allowing access or something?
    Please help any thoughts ideas pleas please
