Stuck at 33%

    Hi guys!

    I have install the plugins several weeks ago, I have tried to create my product fee as explained on the tutorials and other videos, however every time I complete the set up process the processing get stuck a 33%, always.

    I have read all the documentation and the other threads regarding the same issue and did what you explained but still not working.

    Can I get any help please!

    Hi Eva,

    I installed the plugin, create the feed… one in the processing stage it got stuck a 33%.

    I checked the wp-cron and enbaleit on myconfig.php by adding
    define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false)
    right under:
    define(‘DB_COLLATE’, ”);

    deactivate and reactivate the plugin and still nothing

    Hi Carlos,

    The enabling of the WP-cron seems to be done correctly. Did you check, using the WP-crontrol plugin, if there is no cron error notification?

    Next step is to have a look at your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today or yesterday to see if your website is running into server limitations (timeouts and CPU usage). Can you share its content here? You can find those logs here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

    Did you check, using the WP-control plugin, if there is no corn error notification?

    Thanks for sharing the logs with us. It seems you are using a discount plugin (Woo Advanced Discounts) that is not compatible with our plugin causing the processing of the feed to get stuck. This, unfortunately, is not something we can fix.

    Ok, however, I´m not using Woo Advanced Discounts, at least I can not see it activated in my plugins dashboard, actually, the one I´m using is Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce por ORION.

    How can I go and check about the Woo Advanced Discounts plugin you ar telling me ?

    Your error logs shows this:

    So it definitely is a discount plugin that’s causing this and the URL in the error logs says “woo advanced discounts” so I assumed that that is the one causing the issue at hand. Perhaps the Orion one you are using is using that slug, I can’t tell.

    Could you advise me how can I go and verify is that the pluging or if there´s another one and I´m not seeing it in WP plugin dashboard!

    Hi Carlos,

    Not really. What you could try is disabling the discount plugin you are using as a test and then refresh one of the product feeds you configured. If the feed then successfully completes then you know its the current discount plugin you are using that is causing the issue at hand.
