    Hello,

I’m uploading a backup file (from all in one) to a site on SiteGround. I’ve hit 100% a few times and it just gets stuck. I saw from previous issues it might be the version, so I downgraded two versions but it’s still an issue.

When I do get to 100%, I see the following in the Developer Console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 ()
    import.min.js?v=6.85&ver=5.1.1:1398 Uncaught Error: error
    at Object.error (import.min.js?v=6.85&ver=5.1.1:1398)
    at i (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=5.1.1:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as rejectWith] (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=5.1.1:2)
    at y (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=5.1.1:4)
    at XMLHttpRequest.c (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=5.1.1:4)

I’m using SiteGround shared hosting which doesn’t usually allow any modifications of the server settings.

    Is this fixable?

    Thanks

You can also reach to SiteGround support, they will be able to assist you with your server settings.

The thread wasn’t useful for me and did not resolve my issue. SiteGround doesn’t make server changes to shared hosting accounts, unfortunately. Does the error indicate anything specific you can highlight is the issue?

The error indicates that either memory_limit or max_execution_time or both are not enough high enough.
