  • Well – I would guess that you would need to upload the file using a file manager (if your host has one, most do) or FTP

It wouldn’t work through the wordpress admin screen, you could get it to the uploads folder, but not sorted into the learner of the week folder – WordPress doesn’t custom sort that way

Files uploaded through FTP won’t be recognized by the WP media system either

As far as super admin, are you on a multi site install? ON single installs, admin is as ‘admin-ey’ as it gets!

Yeah thanks for that, that makes sense, but the template can’t be modifed by me, do I need to become a Super Admin to modify it?

    How can that be done?

If I can modify it I could change the URL that the image directs to.

It sounds like, if you do not have access to any template files, you must be on a multi-site? Do you know if that’s true?

If so, editing the template for one site would affect all sites within a network – but again, I’m not sure if you are networked

You are, overall, in charge of the entire setup? – Hopefully you would know if you are on a networked site. Again, if you are not, and you are admin, you have all the access you can get! Admin is top level for single sites.

Are you sure that the template is what needs modified, and not actual post content? Usually media is embedded directly into posts/pages.
