Struggles With Advanced Automation

I really wanted to like this plugin. But they over sell the auto-posting capabilities, and their support.

If you are a pure blogger, and login and create posts via the UI. This is for you. If you leverage other methods to create content it is going to struggle.

I use gravity forms to create a “log book post” when I submit my form Gravity creates a WordPress post based on the data input. Gravity sets everything on the post that B2S is looking for. But when I open the post, the auto-poster is set to “disabled”. As a result my post is not auto published to my social feeds.

I docked one star because they over state the “auto” capabilities.

I docked one start cause because support is poor. The “pro” subscription is supposed to have better support such as phone. Not a phone number in sight, and you need to use community site for support. Support IS NOT improved because you have a higher tiered subscription.

I docked another star because when I did get another response they blamed another plugin, while failing to just own that their automation implementation model does not work well with a heavily automated WP configuration.

If your needs for automation begin AFTER you create WordPress content via the WP UI…this should work. If you create content outside of the WP UI…be prepared to not get what you paid for.
