In Google webmaster tool all products related structured data are gone.
Testing in the Google structured data tool I see Breadcrumblist but the Product item has gone. However, I found the product information when I opened the Breadcrumblist item. The product is now part of the Breadcrumblist.
It must be a conflict with (any) SEO plugin. Without SEO plugin there is no issue. I tested Yoast and https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-structuring-markup/.

If the issue disappears when deactivating your SEO plugin(s), then you’d need to reach out to the developers of that SEO plugin for more feedback on this.
It might also be worth double-checking that your theme isn’t overriding any WooCommerce templates with its own ones. You can check that in your system status report under WooCommerce > System Status.

@ditad Would you be able to provide a link to where this is happening and also the System Status Report for the site? This is found under WooCommerce > Status and you can copy/paste it here.

The website owner would not appreciate it when I provide the url. I have found that the issue is caused by the id / name handling in the breadcrumblist. Yoast and other plugins are interfering with Woocommerce. The last breadcrumblistitem (4) id and name are empty and Google is filling it up with the Product item.
A few weeks ago everything was fine, I don’t know why and how it has become an issue.
@ditad Without an example, we are unable to look into it further. From the way it sounds, it appears to be an issue with plugin conflicts. You may need to use one plugin’s breadcrumb over another.
