Thanks for reaching out. We tested the page with the Google Rich Result Tool and we found this error:
Either 'name' or 'item.name' should be specified
This can be caused by a missing title on the post or page. The breadcrumb schema markup does not have a title. This could mean that either the post or page itself doesn’t have a defined title (appears as (no title) in the page overview), has an empty breadcrumb title. To add a custom breadcrumb title, please follow the steps here.

all my pages have a title. Also when I fill in the custom breadcrumb the error still appears

Hi Maybellyne,
No this doesn’t solve the issue.
The same issue is happening on all our sites (60 sites).
We tend to check crawl issues every two weeks. This is the first time we are seeing this issue.
Are you sure the issue isn’t caused by last weeks update (version 16.2)? This site http://kvo.applicgroup4.com/ has version 11.8 and there we don’t have this issue.

We are sorry to hear that you’re still having trouble with the Yoast SEO breadcrumbs. We are not aware of such a confirmed issue specific to Yoast SEO v16.2. If you believe that it’s an issue specific to the latest version of Yoast SEO, you can downgrade to the previous version to see whether this resolves the issue for you.

The same issue with 16.2 version update.
As described in this article https://yoast.com/help/the-breadcrumbs-title-setting/#posts
if setup in Yoast SEO meta box ‘Advanced Tab’ -> ‘Breadcrumbs Title’ it will overwrite the default title.
But for a now default native title is gone.
This issue is NOT resolved. Happening on any WordPress site with Yoast as of the latest update. Rolled back Yoast and the error goes away, so this is an issue with the latest version.
This is not resolved and is very clearly explained in your GitHub discussion. It’s a new bug as of 16.2 Works correctly in 16.1.1.
