 * Fyi

 * I assume powerpress will support soon but out would be nice if TSF also supported
   this.

 * That’s awesome news!
 * For now, this is PowerPress’ domain, because it requires an RSS list of their
   entries to be set up:
    [https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/podcasts](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/podcasts)
 * I’ll keep an eye on it, and if they are going to support JSON+LD (i.e. header
   data) then it will definitely become TSF domain too 🙂
    Maybe PowerPress and
   I can work together on this too, who knows?
 * Cheers!

 * [@amandato](https://wordpress.org/support/users/amandato/) is the CIO at BluBrry
 * He wrote on Google Plus: “If you are using PowerPress, just make sure your iTunes
   and Google Play settings are filled out and that you have the RSS discoverable
   in HTML headers enabled then you need the new Google search guidelines.”
 * [@cybr](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cybr/) I think there is very little(
   if anything) needed 🙂

 * Hi Harry,
 * I believe you’re all set:
    `https://www.talkingabouteverything.com/feed/podcast/`
   It’s also correctly linked to on your homepage.
 * Good work 🙂

 * [@cybr](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cybr/) as always thanks for your
   fast response..
 * This is the link back to Google’s support page for this [Link to Podcast Rich Data requirements](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/podcasts)
 * They are using Google play and/or iTunes fields within the RSS feed for the data,
   rather than using Schema (which makes sense, but still I find interesting).
 * Does or can TSF recommend settings for these; such that the SEO for the site,
   page and podcast are in harmony ?
 * For example, I notice my current feed doesn’t make use of <guid> e.g., it’s set
   to False
 * > <guid isPermaLink=”false”>[http://www.talkingabouteverything.com/?p=684</guid&gt](http://www.talkingabouteverything.com/?p=684</guid&gt);

 * Hi Harry,
 * It’s possible. But that’ll require hooks in PowerPress’ feed and then some incorporation.
 * For now, I don’t believe it matters much. Google is intelligent enough to follow
   redirects and canonical URLs as they see them and then take data from there.
 * If your Podcast feed shows up in Google, do let me know and advice me (and the
   PowerPress authors) on improvements.

 * Hello Harry and Sybre,
 * As I mentioned in the Google+ thread, you can fill out the iTunes and Google
   Play settings, then go to PowerPress settings, Feed Tab, there is an option labeled“
   Include podcast feed links in HTML headers”, make sure that is checked and you’re
   good to go.
 * If there is anything we need to add to PowerPress please let me know. There are
   filters that other plugins can hook into if the need is there.
 * Thanks!
