 * First and foremost, I would like to thank you very much for providing us all
   with such a wonderful theme!
 * I recently added my newest website running the Tracks theme to my Google Search
Console account (formerly known as Webmaster Tools). Under Search Appearance
   > Structured Data > hentry (markup: microformats.org) I am getting the following
errors for all of my posts: “Missing: author” and “Missing: updated”. I am unsure
what to do about this, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 * Thanks so much for the kind words! I’m glad you like it 🙂
 * I haven’t added structured data to Tracks yet which is why these errors are showing.
If you’re comfortable working with some PHP, I would recommend downloading a
   [Tracks child theme here](https://www.competethemes.com/help/child-theme-tracks/),
and editing the content.php file to include the structured data.
 * For perspective, “errors” is a harsh term for this since you won’t be penalized
in any way. Structured data is used to display additional information in search
results pages (like the publish date) which is a nice feature to have, but hasn’t
   been added to Tracks.
 * If you have any questions about implementing it, or anything else let me know
and I’ll be happy to help.

 * Thanks for the quick and helpful response 🙂
If I attempt to work with the child
theme and run into any issues it’s nice to know I’ve got someone who’s willing
to help. Thanks again, and all the best!
